We then tender the program with the market to get you the best available price and features and manage the installation or any transfer of cover between insurers. We regularly review your program to ensure it remains relevant and competitive and keep you abreast of any legislative or technical changes effecting your members.
POLICY ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
IFS offers a full policy administration and management service, which includes reviewing and reporting on the ongoing performance of your policy, as well as any issues or emerging trends you need to be aware of. We also manage the annual review administration and any underwriting cases.
CLAIMS ADVOCACY AND MANAGEMENT

Early intervention is essential, which is why we work closely with our clients to ensure early notification of potential claims and mobilize the resources of the insurer, treating medical team, rehabilitation consultants and the employer. This ensures the best possible return to work outcomes for the employee and minimises loss ratios, keeping premiums down over the longer term.
EMPLOYEE EDUCATION & COMMUNICATION
Having the best benefits program in the market is only of value if employees understand what they have and value what they're getting. We work with you to develop a suite of promotional and member education materials that will hit the mark for your employees. These can include member booklets in plain English, policy fliers and fact sheets, posters, news updates and letter/email templates. We can even run member information sessions onsite.
